Health care clinic diagnoses savings with Stitch
Kindbody operates fertility care clinics for women in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Manhattan. Senior Director of Engineering Sarah Griffis is responsible for all of the technology and engineering for the growing company. Today, the company's marketing analytics efforts center around web traffic from Google Analytics and ad performance data from Facebook Ads and Google Ads, but the company plans to add marketing data from other sources via Segment to its data warehouse, which runs on Google Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL.
Griffis needed a way to get data from these various sources into PostgreSQL. "We considered writing our own, but that would have been extremely costly," she says. Instead, "Stitch worked very well and was much cheaper than writing and maintaining our own ETL code. Stitch was easy to implement — just a few button clicks!" Now Kindbody has all of its data in a single repository, from which it creates reports and dashboards using Metabase.
