Qonto is an online banking platform that serves European businesses of from one to 250 employees, in replacement or in addition to a business banking account. The company generates a lot of data from multiple sources, and it needed a way to replicate that data to a data warehouse to serve as a single source of truth for analytics.

Qonto looked at several SaaS ETL platforms, says Data Lead Amaury Dumoulin. One company lacked the connectors Qonto needed. Another had a good number of connectors but suffered with a slow import of historical data. Stitch not only had more than 100 connectors, it also offered Qonto the ability to build custom integrations using Singer, the open source standard for building scripts that move data. "We also appreciated the transparent pricing," Dumoulin says.

Dumoulin started with integrations for Zendesk and some internal databases. "We had them running within a day," he says. "That saved us from having to spend more than 100 hours, I estimate, developing our own integrations, and we don't have to allocate maintenance time to keep integrations up to date.

"Stitch's interface is sleek and efficient. We only know it's running when it sends us alerts; otherwise, it does its job without bother."
