Admins

The admins table has columns for the admin type, ID, name, and email.

The companies table contains the Intercom company ID, name, custom attributes, session count, monthly spend, user count, plan, and creation and updated at info.

Conversations

Our Intercom integration retrieves user conversations, or convos initiated by your users. Attributes of the conversations table include the ID, the starting message, the user, the assignee, read and open flags, and created at and updated at info.

Segments

Segments are groups of users defined by rules you set. Attributes of this table include the type, ID, name, and creation and updated at info.

Tags

The tags table includes the data for the tags in your account. Attributes include the tag type, ID, and name.

Users

The users table includes information about the users in your Intercom account such as the Intercom ID, type, user ID, email, name, custom attributes, request info, session count, location data, IP, tags, and creation, sign-up, and updated at info.
