“We wanted a close-to-real-time way of monitoring how the changes we made to the platform impacted our different user segments,” Software Engineer Roshan Bhalla says. To do that, they needed an ETL tool that could extract user events from their own platform, as well as email events (delivered, opened, clicked). Signal also uses data from Salesforce and Intercom.
