The CTAs work with a javascript function called 'addCTA'. You simply add to the page the string:

<script>addCTA('CTA','title',position)</script>

where CTA is the cta reference such as 'ctaOne', the title is the string you want as the cta button or title, with any html characters escaped, and position is the position on the page based on the paragraph count - so if there are 4 paragraphs of text and then the CTA, set position to be 5. Do not put quotes around that number. Titles shown in the page below are CTA defaults.
