We’re excited to announce annual subscription plans: a new way to save money on Stitch. By signing up for an annual plan, you get two months free every year.
Once customers start using Stitch, they usually stick with us. We’re incredibly grateful for that. We wanted to create a payment solution that helps those happy customers by giving them a price break. You could say that loyalty pays off!
Both new and existing customers are eligible to sign up for annual subscription plans today. It’s even simpler than setting up an integration: In Stitch, click on the blue profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then on Billing. Click on the Select a plan button. On the next screen, click Annual, then select one of the Choose plan buttons at the bottom of the page. On the next screen, enter your payment information, save it, and you're done.
Q: Do we pay for a year and then get two months free, or do we pay for 10 months and get the rest of the year free?
A: You pay the equivalent of 10 monthly payments and get a year's worth of Stitch.
Q: Does annual billing kick in immediately or only after our current monthly billing period is complete?
A: If you're staying on the same plan but changing from monthly to annual, the change takes place as of the next billing date. Things get a little more complicated if you're moving from monthly to annual and moving to a different billing plan at the same time. Q: What if we want to stop annual billing and go back to monthly?
A: No sweat. Monthly plans are here to stay. Your change back to monthly billing will take place as of the renewal date for your annual plan.
